studio manager (full time)

OUR ASSISTANT STUDIO MANAGER WILL PROVIDE THE LEADERSHIP AND VISION NECESSARY TO ENSURE THE STUDIO AND CLASSES ARE EXCEEDING OUR CLIENT'S EXPECTATIONS. ALONG WITH OUR INSTRUCTORS, THE STUDIO MANAGER WILL HAVE A SENSE OF OWNERSHIP OVER THE STUDIO AND WILL ENSURE THE SCULPT BRAND IS ALWAYS REPRESENTED. Responsiblities

-Provide high-level customer service and exceptional hospitality to Sculpt clients, handling client issues and concerns in a positive and timely manner

- Work closely with Operations on the implementation of standard operational policies and procedures designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization

-Maximize client retention through high levels of responsiveness and customer service

-Obtain Sculpt Fitness certification through our training program and instruct a few classes per week

-Maintain the Sculpt Fitness Studio brand’s distinct culture and community

- Supervise studio retail operations

Requirements

-Excellent attitude

-Prior managerial experience preferred

- Experience in hospitality, luxury brand retail or health & fitness a plus

-Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

- Excellent customer service skills

- Superior service-oriented outlook

-Ability to communicate clearly with all Sculpt touch-points including team members, clients, senior management and building management

-A personal passion for fitness and the Sculpt brand

Perks

Front Desk Concierge (Part Time) - weekend positions available

We're looking for a few people to join the Sculpt team and handle all front desk activities at our Center City location during evening and weekend business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high level customer service and hospitality to clients
  • Assist the Studio Management in daily studio tasks and projects
  • Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative
  • Provide support to the Sculpt instructors to ensure a successful class check-in process
  • Work as a cohesive team with all Sculpt staff members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie
  • Assist with the training and coaching of new hires for the front desk staff team
  • Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations
  • Maintain the distinct Sculpt aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture of a friendly welcoming inspiring atmosphere
